Our emphasis is on working in partnership with a small number of clients at a time and to do fewer things, better. We don’t believe in churning out work as quickly as possible. The emphasis is very much on quality and attention to detail together with senior level attention.
As a boutique consultancy, niche knowledge and contacts ensures above average media coverage. Now we charge for the big effort, dedication and passion we put into work for clients, not for big offices or fancy lunches. Recent analysis that put a ‘price’ against media coverage attained for a client of TheAnswer Ltd showed that the total value of their coverage attained over the first six months of the programme, was over six times the amount spent on their public relations programme in that period. Our clients range from those who have never used public relations before to those who have worked with other consultancies and felt that they needed a more proactive stance which TheAnswer Ltd could offer.
Director, Catherine Dhanjal, started TheAnswer Ltd in May 2003. She has many years of experience in business to business PR working in almost every sector and brings senior level expertise and big consultancy knowledge. Catherine works both at strategic level developing corporate communications strategy and crisis management advice as well as having a flair for hands-on media relations and has excellent relationships with key media. She brings big agency expertise to an individual service, having formerly been associate director of medium-sized Covent Garden technology PR company Portfolio Communications, before her entrepreneurial spirit and desire to return to the media relations coalface led her to start TheAnswer Ltd.
Catherine holds the post-graduate level qualification in PR – dipCAM – and has a Masters degree in Strategic Communications.
